Partial ground and first floor rear extensions, alterations to roof form of existing single storey elements and alterations to fenestration. Removal of flat roof dormer, rear porch and part of the rear wall. Erection of 1.5 storey building to provide garage/workshop with ancillary accommodation above. Demolition of the existing detached garage.
