Demolition and redevelopment of part of the Westgate Shopping Centre and erection of two new buildings comprising 97 new residential units (Use Class C3) and ground floor commercial floorspace (Class E) (Building A - 3 to 9 storeys) and a hotel (Use Class C1) incorporating ground floor and rooftop bars (sui generis) (Building B - 7 storeys), car and cycle parking, associated landscape and public realm improvements and new access and servicing arrangements (Phase 1)
