Change of use of front storage barn to a cafe (use class E(b)) and erection of a raised seating area, change of use and extension of the Mill House to form a mixed-use building comprising a wellbeing hub on the ground floor (use class E(e)) and offices on the first floor (use class E(g)(i)), change of use of the Mill House stables to form 4no. retail units (use class E(a)), demolition and replacement of existing toilet block, the demolition of the rear barn and the reconfiguration of the car park, and associated public realm improvements and landscaping, including the installation of wayfinding features and signage
