Extension and alterations to existing employment unit to provide Class B2/B8 floorspace with ancillary offices, including demolition of single storey offices; internal alterations to include ancillary offices and staff facilities at ground and mezzanine floors; external alterations to elevations, including provision of new loading doors, windows, wall cladding and roof including installation of roof mounted photo-voltaic panels; alterations to servicing and delivery areas including car parking; provision of cycle and bin stores; landscaping, biodiversity enhancement, drainage, external lighting, and associated development.
