External alterations including removal of first floor bay window and provision of first floor balcony on western elevation, erection gabled of roof lift to existing three-storey extension, installation of new doors and windows, application of render and composite cladding, erection of boundary treatments, demolition of existing garage, provision of hard and soft landscaping, and use of premises as altered as a single private dwellinghouse.
