Full proposal

Installation of a wind farm and grid connection, together with associated equipment, infrastructure and ancillary works: 1. To deregister an area of approximately 38.34 hectares on Drybedd Common (CL28) (in the Community of Ceiro, Ponterwyd) and provide replacement land of approximately 03.75 hectares (RLP1), 16.51 hectares (RLP2), 07.28 hectares (RLP3) and 11.2 hectares (RLP4) on four separate parcels of land in the Community of Ceiro, Ponterwyd. The release land is required to facilitate the construction and operation of the Lluest y Gwynt Wind Farm. 2. To deregister an area of approximately 15.05 hectares on Yr Ochrydd Common (CL84) (in the Community of Eisteddfa Gurig, Ponterwyd) and provide replacement land of approximately 01.69 hectares (RLP5) and 20.69 hectares (RLP6) on two separate parcels of land in the Community of Eisteddfa Gurig, Ponterwyd. The release land is required to facilitate the construction and operation of the Lluest y Gwynt Wind Farm. 3. To carry out restricted works on Drybedd Common (CL28), Banc Bwa-drain Common (CL75) and Yr Ochrydd Common (CL84) namely temporary open trenching with full reinstatement for the installation of underground cabling for a grid connection and temporary fencing for health and safety and animal welfare requirements and stock-proof fencing for the protection of peat restoration areas.
