Demolition of 2x rear sheds and proposed single storey rear extension with 2x rooflights, conversion of garage into a habitable room with replacement of garage door with window to front elevation, replacement of 2x side doors with windows to the ground floor side elevation, installation of 1x windows to the first floor side and removal of chimney stack to the dwellinghouse.
