Full Proposal

Proposed erection of first floor rear extension, full width rear dormer, creation of a mansard roof with 9x rooflights and removal of 2x chimney stacks plus replacement of roof tiles, two storey front extension with full height glazing and split stone finish, conversion of existing garage into habitable room including replacement of garage door with a window, alterations to create pitched roof to single storey rear, reduction of ground floor bay and external alterations including replacement of all windows, introduction of render and insertion of new windows and doors to front, side and rear elevations and erection of a boundary and front wall, 1x pedestrian and 2x vehicle electric gates to forecourt, hard and soft landscaping and new dropped kerb to dwellinghouse.
