Full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and erection of two buildings ranging in height from 13 to 17 storeys to provide purpose built student accommodation (Use Class Sui Generis) and light industrial (Use Class E(g)(iii), car and cycle parking, amenity space (internal & external), new public realm, landscaping, alterations to vehicular access, highway works and other associated works.
