Application to seek if requirements of Legal Agreement has been met for properties 1-16 Pine Court and 1-11 Turner Close for application 13/01169/FUL (Demolition of hospital buildings and construction of 75 residential dwellings in buildings extending to between two and three storeys in height, retention and extension of Lodge Cottage and retention of Water Tower building, together with the provision of landscaping, open space and infrastructure works.
