Full proposal

Refurbishment of charity headquarters. External works to Listed Building including alterations to shop front, parapet and cornice, the demolition of lift shaft motor room at existing roof level and lean-to roof at second floor level. Proposed roof extension containing four north facing dormer windows. New associated south elevation. Renewal of flat roof structure to support new roof garden and plant area. Internal works to Listed Building including demolition of fire escape staircase, removal of modern partitions, the insertion of new partitions, openings in existing walls, works to first floor gallery balustrade, new mezzanine structure in hall and renewal of mechanical and electrical services.
