Full proposal

External works: removal of 20th Century extensions at North and East elevations, replacement of cement render with lime render on all elevations, repair/replacement of windows, introduction of new, lead-roofed entrance lobby at northern elevation, introduction of first floor to garage building, and introduction of urns and rooftop railings; construction of Garden Room at Western elevation; internal alterations; new gardens and landscape works; and introduction of air source heat-pumps.
