Elevational alterations including external render to front, side and rear elevations including associated works to the eaves, repair of rear flat roof and replacement of rear slate roof. Enclosure of existing undercroft with new slab floor, rear and entrance doors and creation of recessed porch to front. Landscaping to front garden including new driveway and repaired boundary walls.
