Demolition of chimney, construction of single storey rear extension, storey side infill extension between house and garage, single storey front porch extension and addition of front bay window, Loft conversion with roof alterations and increase of roof height with front roof lights, rear gable end with Juliet balcony, alterations to existing balcony and rear dormer with Juliet balcony and elevational alterations to include renewal of all windows, rendering and cladding. Formation of additional vehicular access. (Revision to planning ref 24/04823/FULL6 to increase the depth of the existing first floor balcony)
