Part extension and conversion of existing detached garage, creating two en-suite bedrooms and WC, glazed link extension to main house with porch canopy. Structural alterations including removal of internal partition walls, removal and replacement of bay window doors with masonry infill set flush to original external walls, re-thatching of main roof and redecoration of retained windows and doors.
