Full proposal

Ground floor extensions to the existing entrance hall and log store outriggers, together with a ground and first floor infill extension bridging the two existing building forms to create a unified built composition. The works include the consolidation of the existing main roof to a single eaves height and uniform roof pitch, replacing the current fragmented roofline. The revised roof form incorporates a second floor loft conversion, served by three rear-facing dormer windows to provide additional habitable accommodation.
