Full Proposal

Internal works to existing office accommodation within Building 61 to include: - partial removal and alteration of an existing partition wall, closure of existing doorway and making good to adjacent wall finishes, redecoration of walls, ceilings, and joinery within the affected office areas, removal of existing floor finishes and installation of new carpet flooring, minor alterations to existing small power and data installations, localised making good works to walls, ceilings, and floors arising from alterations.
