Change of use from an existing working farm to D1/Non residential institution - A new Education Establishment for 16years + pupils. (The site will remain a working farm with practical lessons taught to students alongside farming operations). Temporary installation of 2no. 6.1m x 3.0m mobile toilet blocks on the site to serve the students attending practical lessons/work experience on site.
