Full proposal

Replacement of existing flat roof and French doors to rear of property at ground floor with new thermally efficient materials and enlarged opening. Rear window to first floor bedroom to be replaced with glazed doors to create a Juliet balcony. Solar panels are proposed to new flat roof. An additional conservation style rooflight is proposed above the existing stairwell in the attic to improve headroom on entry and exit to the attic space. New air source heat pump proposed for air-to-air system.
