Full proposal

Proposed retention of three separate detached buildings comprising an octagonal restaurant & seating area complete with external wrap-around decking, a modest grill & pizza oven kitchen and thirdly a building to accommodate the private water supply storage tanks and associated filtration equipment. Also, the proposed erection of a new building and extension to the octagonal building to form a dedicated and better equipped kitchen facility to produce and supply food to guests and residents staying on site only (not general public), and all other associated works.
