Full Proposal

Proposed change of use from Class B2 (General Industrial – Timber Workshop) to a mixed-use Timber Merchant with Trade Counter (Sui Generis) and ancillary office accommodation (Class E(g)(i)), the construction of a first-floor extension to part of the existing building, with new windows and doors, and complete recladding of the building with insulated metal sheet cladding, including the removal of existing detached offices, and the provision of additional on-site parking.
