Planning permission for the extension of Ibex House at lower ground, ground, eighth and ninth floors and associated building works to the entrances, windows, and facades; to facilitate the expansion of the existing pub (sui generis) and change of use of the remainder of the building to a hotel (Use Class C1) including cafe, leisure facilities, restaurant, associated facilities and Hospitality Academy.
