Refurbishment of the existing building for continued use as offices (Class E(g)); alterations and upwards extension to create additional office floorspace at 6th floor level and installation of a new terrace at 6th floor level; part demolition to provide new facade treatment, relocation of the main entrance and associated facilities including lift overrun and plant enclosure and all other necessary works.
