Internal and external alterations including (i) Installation of canopy and associated cladding to columns to the main entrance at Bevis Marks, (ii) Replacement of two revolving doors with a singular revolving door, replacement of bypass door at Bevis Marks and associated card reader totem (iii) Omission of retail door and awnings in connection with Change of Use from Retail (E(b)) to Office E(c); (iv) Replacement of bypass door at secondary entrance, installation of associated card reader totem and other associated refurbishment works.
