Full proposal

Refurbishment and alterations to the existing building including: (i) remodelling to provide accessible main office entrance and reception; (ii) removal of existing louvres and partial replacement with new facade louvres and new glazing within existing framing system; (iii) creation of accessible roof terraces at Levels 06, 07 and 11 and associated hard and soft landscaping; (iv) alterations to Fenchurch Place facade at ground and first floor level and re-provision of retail at part ground floor and lower ground floor level; (v) replacement roof-mounted cleaning and maintenance equipment; (vi) alterations to basement levels to incorporate new bicycle parking, showers and lockers and new tenant amenity spaces and (vii) re-landscaping of courtyard and (viii) other associated works.
