Full Proposal

Erection of extension to existing cafe (ancillary to the Garden Centre), erection of toilet block, cladding of existing glasshouse walls and roof, creation of new entrance and implementation of a one way syster for customers, together with internal car park layout improvements including erection of electric car charging points.
