Demolition of unsympathetic extensions to existing cottage and outbuilding, erection of a replacement dwelling on the footprint of the outbuilding. Conservation and restoration of the existing cottage to preserve the heritage fabric. Cottage to be functional exclusively as ancillary to the usage of the replacement dwelling as a single principal dwelling house.
