Demolition of existing garage and rear flat roof extension to facilitate the construction of a proposed rear and side flat roof extension. Demolition of two existing rear dormers and erection of a single replacement rear dormer, along with replacement of the existing front dormer. Removal of existing uPVC front porch and installation of 80mm external wall insulation. New air source heat pump.
