Full proposal

The work included in this application follows on from a previously approved application for works to the Laundry/Wash House and Bothy (ref 0/50849 and 0/50850). The additional works that this application seeks approval for are: - Further repair works and alterations to the Bakehouse and Laundry at Gwrych Castle following on from the application referred to above. - Conversion of the existing Bakehouse into a toilet area with new accessible WC extension in adjacent recess (with associated new drainage routes and above-ground cess tank). - Existing Laundry converted to cafe and first floor Bothy space to be used as staff office. - Installation of 2 no. new pumps on new concrete plinth.
