Full proposal

Retrofit works to unity properties on Charter Avenue to include – EWI, loft insulation, ventilation works, roof extensions (required to gables), possible windows and doors, structural remediation work to unity concrete panels and posts. Associated works with EWI - rainwater goods replacement, canopy replacement, groundworks to perimeter of building, works to adjoining garden walls/fences, works to lean to`s/external stores, repositioning of services, wall penetrations and fixtures to walls
