Full Proposal

Demolition of all existing buildings and structures; enabling works and site clearance; construction of buildings (Use Classes E(a/b/d/g(iii))/B2/B8/ Sui Generis (hot food takeaway) including ancillary office provision); associated highway, access, servicing, parking, EVs, landscaping and other ancillary works; and the provision of open storage (Class B8) for a temporary period of 10 years.
