Restoration of and improvements comprising: demolition of the existing Tea Kiosk building and erection of a replacement bandstand structure; resurfacing of footpaths; landscaping works to enhance biodiversity, including the creation of a wetland area with associated boardwalk, creation of a community garden, tree planting, wildflower borders, dead hedges, and installation of bird boxes and insect habitats; and installation of lighting, signage, interpretation boards, and street furniture (including bins and benches).
