Change of use of the existing dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) for up to six residents (Use Class C4), together with internal reconfiguration to provide six bedrooms (including three with en-suite facilities), shared kitchen/s, living and dining spaces, and associated utility and sanitary facilities. Provision of secure cycle parking for six bicycles and on-site refuse storage.
