Retention of the following, restoration to the window, corinice, picture rails, internal door (existing) , all external doors, staircase, flooring, upstairs cupboards , utility room well, courtyard cobbles. Repairs to bedroom 1 ceiling, cellar stairs. rebuild wall (laith and plaster) . Plaster work. fireplace surrounds, inserts hearths repairs, timber joists, loft hatch installation, front steps stabilase and support, reinstate front railing and coping stones to front walls, Portland stone as a tio stone to the brick wall at the front of the building and add railings around the the front of the house.
