Full proposal

Demolish existing rear single storey lean-to. Construct new single storey rear extension. External works include changes to some external materials, re-roofing of the two-storey rear element, replacement lead flashings to chimney, localised roof repairs, changes to fenestration, and minor landscaping works to the patio including removal of low level wall and steps.
