Full proposal

Full replacement of all existing external timber windows and doors with aluminium units finished in graphite black; the proposal includes the widening of the existing rear garden French doors to accommodate new bi-folding doors, and the installation of a new access door from the garden into the garage. The existing window proportions and glazing pattern to the front and side elevations will be retained to preserve the current appearance of the property; to the rear elevation, windows will be replaced with units incorporating reduced glazing bars to increase natural light ingress.
