Retention of mezzanine floor level incorporating 13 offices with ancillary shared kitchen/W.C's/break-out booth seating area, storage rooms (for ground floor tenants) internal stairs and lift, and a facilities management office and TC management office. Retention of minor external alteration to the southern and western elevations.
