Outline Planning Application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the retention of three existing commercial units with a reconfigured parking arrangement, erection of 10 units for general industrial (Class B2), storage and distribution (Class B8), and research and development/ industrial (Class E(g)(ii) and E(g)(iii)) with a combined floor area of up to 5,003sqm, together with landscaping, parking, access, and other associated works. (Office use to be limited to ancillary offices supporting other uses, no unit to be wholly in office use (Class E(g)(i)).
