Listed Building application for the complete repointing of both gable end walls, internal repairs to localised external wall areas to address signs of damp within two ground floor reception rooms, remove unsafe gas fire and two non-original fireplaces and replace with two mixed fuel stoves and installation of flue liners, replace damaged chimney pot with matching item, fit flue vents and hanging pot cowls as necessary
