Listed Building Consent - To provide a single storey extension, which reconfigures the existing extensions built in 1996 to the rear of the dwelling in order to create a large open kitchen and dining area. The application also seeks permission to retain the moss resistant, smooth red paint finish, to the original clay plain tile roof finish to the north and south facing roof slopes of the principal roof.
