Outline planning permission for: Up to 70 extra care dwellings (including community facilities and services) (Use Class C3(b)), up to 280sq.m of flexible nonresidential floorspace for use as either Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) or Local Community and Learning (Class F) uses, and associated parking, landscaping, drainage and infrastructure, with details of means of access to the extra care units for approval, and details of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and means of access to the non-residential floorspace reserved for future determination.
