Double-storey extension to the front of the property to provide a ground floor bathroom and enlarged first floor bedrooms. This will provided essential flexibility and access improvements for the additional needs of the children in the family, allowing the family to remain in the home for the foreseeable future. The youngest child is autistic with sensory challenges, making tasks such as going upstairs to use the current bathroom a sizeable obstacle.
