Full Proposal

The front tiled roof of No. 68 Shore Road, Warsash is allowing water ingress through to the 2nd floor bedroom to form damp patches on the Nos. 68/70 Shore Road party wall. The 68/70 party wall ingress, in the main, is caused by the ill-laid tiling pattern of the previous repair. The work will cover the area between the lower corner side of the chimney stack and the lower corner side of the dormer extending up the gap and around the 68 part of the stack and above the dormer roof. As appropriate to the extent of any faulty condition, tiling, battens and roofing felt to be replaced in the standard pattern.
