Full proposal

Single storey rear extension, installation of roof lights, an air source heat pump and photovoltaic panels. Replacement of rear dormer windows with rooflights, installation of external iron handrail within access steps, replace sash windows to front and timber windows to front, side and rear elevations. Relocate, resize and replace windows and doors to 1970s extension. Replacement of pitched roofs to front dormers with lead roofs and other internal and external alterations.
