Full proposal

Demolition of existing general industrial (B2) building accommodating two units and erection of three employments units to be used for Class E (ii) the research and development of products or processes; and / or (iii) a light industrial use being any industrial process, being a use, which can be carried out in any residential area without detriment to the amenity of that area by reason of noise, vibration, smell, fumes, smoke, soot, ash, dust or grit purposes only. Provision of vehicular access and parking / manoeuvring area together with the landscaping of the site.
