Change of use of existing buildings to a meditation retreat centre (Use Class C2) including use of the existing C2 buildings, Granary Cottages, and Coach House for retreat accommodation, activities and ancillary C2 use; mixed C2/C3 use of the ground floor of the farmhouse for a temporary three-year period, internal alterations to the Coach House and northern C2 building, installation of a ventilation flue on the Coach House and alterations to existing parking arrangements.
