Full Proposal

Proposal consolidates the existing complex multi-hip and valley roof structure into a simplified and cohesive hip onto hip roof form, facilitating a more efficient and structurally rational layout. A modest, double pitched rear dormer is introduced to the rear roof slope, designed with a restrained scale and massing to maximize internal headroom while minimizing external visual impact. The revised roof configuration enhances buildability, reduces construction complexity, and delivers a more coherent architectural profile in keeping with the host dwelling.
