Erection of a single-storey 3m rear infill extension and 3m rear extension, formation of a rear dormer extension to the rear roof slope with rooflights to the front elevation, together with associated refuse and cycle storage, and change of use from a single-family dwelling (Use Class C3) to a large House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) for 6 occupants (6 rooms), with all external materials to match the existing building.
