Prior Approval is sought for a single storey infill which will extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling by 3.21m, for which the maximum height will be 2.98m and the height at the eaves will be 2.98m, and a single storey extension to the outrigger which will extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling by 6.00m, for which the maximum height will be 2.98m and the height at the eaves will be 2.98m.
