Change of use from a single family dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a 7-bed, 7-person HMO (Use Class Sui Generis), construction of a single storey rear extension, hip-to-gable loft conversion and construction of rear dormer, conversion of existing garage to a habitable room, front facing rooflights, provision of cycle and refuse storage and all other associated alterations.
